If you're reading this page, you're probably familiar with the 3 areas that often "plague" people when trying to build a personal brand:
If you're looking to start, run, or grow your personal brand in any of those 3 areas then I'd like to help ... if you're willing to help me, too.
Over the past 4 years I've grown my "brand" -- and while I've done all the stuff the experts teach (product launches, courses, paid masterminds, events etc.) it's very clear to me that no one (absolutely no one!) is teaching people how to build a personal brand for the long haul.
Why?
Because everyone is a specialist, and that is because being a specialist is lucrative.
Now, some of the people I'm about to mention are friends so I am not knocking them. I'm saying this on YOUR behalf.
In an effort to convey my message more clearly, imagine you're about to enter college. One of the hardest parts about going to university is that you have a bevy of options. There's an endless array of majors, courses, professors, and so forth. How do you know what to pick?
You might have a counselor or advisor, but what do they really know about you -- especially when they're working with 25,000 other students?
This what being in the personal brand space is like, especially online. It's like being an undecided freshman all over again.
(At least in college they tell you what the required courses are so you can get by during your first 3 semesters or so -- math, basic science courses, history, econ, and so forth.)
Let's take a serious, hard look at the stuff out there in the online space. Remember, I'm not knocking these courses, I'm making the point that no one is teaching you how to navigate all these options.
Yes, I'm trying to "counsel" you like an academic advisor. Professor Mike is here. :-)
My goodness, that's an expensive education. I tallied up the total cost of these products and it's over $16,500.
$16,500! ... and what do most people have to show for it?
Very little.
Why? Is it those products? Actually, no. I've purchased some of those products and even co-promote some of them. They're really good.
The issue is that most people building a brand don't know how to put it all together. Also, because those courses are often high-ticket, their creators load them up with so much content that you would literally need to be a full-time student in order to complete them.
Here's a truth bomb: when you're an entrepreneur, you need agility. You need speed, of both learning and implementation.
You need the right dosage, at the right time.
You don't take Calculus if you don't know how to first do fractions. Yet I meet a ton of people that shell out $2,000 (yo, that's like a mortgage payment) for Product Launch Formula and they don't even have an audience to sell their non-existent product to.
This makes me sad. It also upsets me that no one has the guts to step in and say, "People! Stop it! Have you actually given any thought to building a brand the right way?"
Until now.

You're part of my readership or listenership - otherwise you wouldn't be reading this. I have not promoted this page on any social media channel. It has only gone to my email list and because you already know me, I want to help you in a way many others won't.
I also want to ask for your help (more on that below). Here's what's involved:
NOTE: because I'm starting this from scratch, you'll also get the benefit of me being on the calls with you LIVE.
Some might think it's a money grab. Let's do the math. 30 people at $30 is $900. I'm not going to make some snobby comment here about my income, so please believe me when it's not about the money. Let's leave it at that.
The first reason I'm doing this is because I want to help you in a way that is affordable, simple, and helpful. You're part of my readership, after all. It kills me to get emails from readers about how they've invested in a product that cost the same as a used car and have nothing to show for it.
The second reason is that I want a focus group so I can learn what you're struggling with, what the real roadblocks are, and what the best path to success really is.
Why?
Because in the fall of 2018, I'm going to launch a monthly membership site based on the work I do with you now. Joining me now would make you part of the charter group and help me shape the content that will help others later. In turn, I'm giving you live presentations, real-time feedback, and a major discount on the monthly fee.
I think this could be a beautiful relationship.
So, why 30 people?
Because I'm not a fan of biting off more than I can chew.
And why $30?
Because I want you to have enough skin in the game to care, but do it in a way that is sensitive to the situation you are in now. Actually, when I got my start building my brand, it was with a $30 monthly subscription to a program. You don't need to spend thousands to learn.
I'm thinking of calling this "Brand Youniversity" - that's a working title for now and I settled on it because of the name of my podcast (Brand You) and the whole university analogy above.
Maybe you think that's kind of a dorky name. Great. Tell me, and if you and the others tell me it's kind of dorky, I'll change it. Your feedback will be immensely helpful to me.
Or, maybe a presentation I do isn't that good and you have ideas on what could be a better one. That's where your contribution comes in.
And maybe along the way, you'll connect with your other "Brand You's" and you'll grow together and eventually partner with each other as you start, run, and grow your business.
I want this to be the best, most practical, most actionable program available on building a personal brand. No bells and whistles (though I'll certainly up my game as time passes). I just want you to do what works.
The charter rate for Brand Youniversity is $30 per month ... but I'm also going to open 10 slots for an entire year at an even more miniscule rate of just $297, which is over 21% off paying the monthly rate over 12 months.
If you are one of those ten annual charter members, then I'm going to host you for an in-person two-day mastermind in Washington D.C. this September 2018 (worth $1995).

I'm waiting until September to host it because by then, you'll have done a lot of the pre-requisite work. That will allow us to hit the ground running when we meet to strategize on next steps for your business.
I honestly think this is a no-brainer because my in-person workshops retail at $1995 (the next one is in Orlando this May, the picture above is from Miami last December).
Whenever I come across opportunities like this one today, I re-frame it as if I'm paying $297 for a 2-day mastermind with a person who has already helped me via his or her blog and podcast. But hey, that's just me.
There are two really simple options here. Before you make up your mind, let me say just one more thing. If you're looking at these numbers and already thinking, "How quickly can I make this money back?" then you should not join.
I've met a lot of people who think that way and there is nothing any coach or mentor can do about it because it's an issue of scarcity thinking. It's as if you're letting a bird fly out of your hand only to immediately try to grab it again and say, "See? I let little Tweety bird fly for a bit!"
This is an investment, and when you invest in anything (even yourself) you have to do the work. Action leads to income. If you believe your message is worth more than $30 a month or $297 for a year, then you'll do the work. You'll do more than what's required. You'll stay hungry. Otherwise, don't join this class.
Ok, now that Professor Mike has finished his little spiel, here's the offer:
If you join monthly, the charge will recur on your card each day of the month you signed up. To join, just fill out the form below. Once you do, you will get information on our pre-work assignment as well as our first class which will be scheduled later this April, once the group has filled.
Hope to see you inside the currently named Brand Youniversity!
To your success,

Mike Kim
